The Tour de Riverton has grown over the years from a small group of friends riding together on Independence Day to a group of over 400 riders as part of Riverton Town Days. 2017 marks the 17th annual ride. Families have made it a tradition to ride together and spend the day at the Riverton Town Days activities.
The Tour de Riverton is a collaborative event with Infinite Cycles bike shop and Riverton City Parks and Recreation.
It is open for participation to anyone that wants to ride their bike and register for the ride. We’ve had riders of all ages riding all types of bikes. We love seeing tandems, trailers, trail-a-bikes, recumbents, and other kinds of bikes out on the course.
The ride starts and ends on the south side of Riverton City Park located at 1400 W 12800 S in Riverton, Utah. See the course page for the route.
The ride starts at at 7:00am sharp on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.
Early packet pickup will be held at Infinite Cycles in Riverton on Monday, July 3rd from 6-7:00 pm.
